Tips for Freezing Left-Over Chili

  1. Let the chili cook completely before popping it in the freezer, this way you don't partially thaw the surrounding foods in the freezer.

  2. Use heavy-duty resealable bags to freeze chili to prevent unwanted leaks!

  3. Make sure chili is flat before freezing. Freezing chili in flat freezer bags (roughly 1 inch thick) helps chili thaw way faster than if you were to freeze it in one big container.
